Built in 1901, this beautiful version of the Queen Anne style by Architect Newton Bresee is one of his great masterpieces. Over a century of family stories, weddings, reunions, vacationers and as a Skidmore dorm, the house still boasts its natural beauty in woodwork, large spacious rooms and perfect location. Just a short stroll to Congress Park and downtown Saratoga Springs, and one block to the Saratoga Race Course.
In the downstairs living areas, there is a pool table, games and chess sets, fireplaces and plenty of sitting areas to read or watch television, while the upstairs rooms continue to create new memories for guests.The classic wrap around porch continues to be a favorite gathering spot for guests.
